  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Senior Finance Analyst - Fixed Assets

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure proper categorization and management of fixed assets in compliance with Malaysian Accounting Standards, local tax regulations, and US GAAP.
  • Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of monthly fixed asset reports for management and inclusion in the annual audited financial statements.
  • Participate in fixed asset forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • Review fixed asset reports meticulously to ensure their accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage the reconciliation between the fixed asset subledger and trial balance, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Provide strategic analysis and insights on the fixed asset accounts.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, with a strong financial background, preferably within a medium to large multinational organization.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin is preferred.
  • ACCA qualification is highly encouraged.
  • Ability to work independently while demonstrating strong teamwork skills and a flexible approach to the work environment.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using accounting software, including ERP systems, and standard Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • A degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to RM7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
