We have an opening for Senior Service Quality Specialist-APAC in Kuala Lumpur office.

Job Description

  • Support Region QHSE Manager to effectively manage the Asia Integrated Management System (AIMS).
  • Plan and organize the certification for the AIMS.
  • Maintain the QA/QC Integrity of the Quality management system / AIMS.
  • Assist with development of procedures for management systems / AIMS.
  • Assist the management team and process owners with procedural change and Management of Change (MOC).
  • Guide and support all functions to ensure that procedures and policies are being followed, implemented and are appropriate to meet and exceed the legal requirements.
  • Develop Regional Audit Plan and conduct audits.
  • Support Region QHSE Manager on the Management Representative role for AIMS.
  • Update and maintain regional records in relation to AIMS.
  • Present a high safety & quality profile in workshops and offices by conducting audits, regular tours, inspections, spot checks of base facilities and communicating with all levels.

Requirements

Management System and Audit Professional preferably with the Oil & Gas industry background or knowledge

Good understanding and conversant on Quality, Safety and Environmental Management systems

IRCA trained Lead Auditor/ Auditor either on ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018

Familiarity with any formal Incident investigation techniques.

Good communication and sound interpersonal skills

Good team player with strong adaptability. Self-motivated and well organized

Advance skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and PDF applications

QMS/IMS Auditor background from any Certification Companies will have an added advantage
