  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Develop Bill of Quantities (BQ), covering fit-out, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works.
  • Conduct value engineering to optimize design choices and reduce costs.
  • Prepare and review contracts, scope of work, and specifications for interior and civil works.
  • Identify potential financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with local building regulations and industry standards.
  • Work with procurement teams to source materials, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure cost-effective selection of finishes, joinery, flooring, and structural materials.
  • Assist in negotiations for supplier and subcontractor agreements.
  • Monitor project costs, cash flow, and budget allocations.
  • Implement cost-saving strategies to prevent budget overruns.
  • Prepare financial reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Evaluate and certify contractor and supplier invoices based on completed work.
  • Assess and manage variations, change orders, and additional work costs.
  • Work closely with project managers to resolve cost-related disputes.
  • Prepare and negotiate final accounts with contractors and suppliers.
  • Ensure proper documentation for warranties, guarantees, and as-built records.
  • Conduct post-project cost analysis to improve future cost planning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
