Job Overview:

1. Manage the complete range of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks.

2. Ensure timely and precise processing of sales invoices for clients.

3. Regularly follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments.

4. Ensure timely and precise processing of purchase invoices for vendors.

5. Support the monthly and annual financial closing processes.

6. Perform any additional tasks as assigned from time to time.

7. Handle any other special tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirement:

- A minimum of a Diploma in Accountancy or an equivalent qualification.

- At least 1 year of experience in bookkeeping.

- Proficient in computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)

- Proactive, adaptable, capable of managing multiple tasks, and able to work autonomously.

- Enjoy collaboration and thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere.

- Proficient in both written and spoken English.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary
