  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture of product to set quality standard and enhance productivity by following directions for instance HLDRR, recycle material, downgauging, best practices and new project.
  • Ensure the accuracy of equipment set up for product parameters and equipment parameters. Prompt reporting any deviation to the superior.
  • Line troubleshooting in a systematic approach to determine machine and process work as expected and explain to resolve the problem.
  • Attend Focus 5 meeting. Escalate information if not meeting target to PDCA in PMS
  • Provision of product at required roll per shift target.
  • Accommodate maintenance when machine breakdown including light maintenance. Perform overhaul activities, manual tasks such as packaging and loading.
  • Line walks through during shift hand over shift to ensure line in good condition and proper shift hand over during end shift.
  • Confirmation right quantity of roll,resin, plan time, downtime and packaging supplier after production order is complete in SymPLE. Print pallet id and paste on pallet. Follow any memo required to system SAP cut off.
  • To carry out activites packaging, core cutting, labelling, stretch wrapping, palletizing and driving forklift.
  • Execute and maintain good housekeeping. Do line cleaning for machine, equipment rolls, workstation, roll dressing, area robot, palletizing and vacanity production area.
  • Attend medical check up, health screening and hearing test requires by the company.
  • Attend productivity training for new equipment and machine, safety training, quality training, softskills training, plant briefing, town hall and company activities.

Requirements:

  • Fresh Diploma holder preferably in technical background
