Senior Sales Executive
Job Title : Senior Executive, Commercial & Billing
Reporting to : Assistant Manager, Business Support
Work Location : HQ Office, Ara Damansara
Key responsibilities
1. To prepare and maintain sales documents, tracking sales performance metrics, prepare monthly sales report and managing day-to-day data in streamlining the sales process.
2. Regularly track sales performance metrics against targets and analyze results to identify trends and areas needing enhancement. Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales processes, strategies, and customer engagement to drive overall business growth.
3. To maintain customer databases, responding to inquiries, and facilitating the onboarding of new clients to ensure strong ongoing relationships. To prepare sales quotes and invoices, coordination with Clients, Plant Heads and logistic provider, and resolves any discrepancies promptly.
4. To assist the Manager and General Manager to plan, propose and execute business strategies and marketing plans with the objective of growing Cenergi’s potential revenue particularly in pellet/biomass business sectors;
5. Assist in negotiations with potential clients to secure favorable contract terms while balancing company interests. Ensure that all agreements comply with company policies and legal requirements, safeguarding the organization’s interests.
6. To support in market research and analysis including government’s initiatives and policies, market competition, industry trends and emerging customer challenges and to convert these data and information into sales tactics and marketing strategies;
7. To analyze potential business opportunity and sales strategies, performance and competitiveness in the market against the competitors and market trends, and use the findings to improve company’s sales plans and strategies as necessary;
8. To collaborate with Corporate Affairs in delivering the go-to-market plan, updating the social media, preparing marketing brochures and other marketing initiatives and campaign for the pellet/biomass solutions offered by Cenergi;
9. To manage and keep track on the department’s procurement activities, budget and forecasting.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
