Job Responsibilities
· Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
· Direct visitors to the appropriate person, meeting, and office
· Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
· Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures)
· Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
· Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
· Receiving the office items delivery by the vendor
· Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
· Handling Outgoing courier/parcel & arrange for pick up
· Arrange the transportation for guests and accommodations if needed
· Keep updated records of office pantry items and Toilet items
· Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 6 days
Pay: From RM170.00 per day

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
- Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
