Join our creative team at MEGAN, where passion meets design in the world of trendy 916 gold jewellery. We’re looking for a Senior Creative Designer who thrives in a collaborative environment, brings bold ideas to life, and leads with creativity and strategic vision.

As a key part of our growing team, you’ll shape the brand’s visual identity, oversee major campaigns, and elevate our creative direction across digital, social media, retail, and marketing platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Leadership – Drive and execute high-quality design concepts, ensuring MEGAN’s branding stands out in the industry.
  • Brand Direction – Oversee the monthly mood board, visual identity, storytelling, and campaign execution across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and impact.
  • Social Media & Marketing Design – Develop visually compelling campaigns, ads, and digital assets that align with marketing strategies and trends. Create eye-catching Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and motion content that align with the latest social media trends to boost engagement.
  • Marketing & Business Mindset – Think beyond design—create visuals that drive engagement, storytelling, and sales. Understand how design impacts marketing strategies, consumer engagement, and brand storytelling to create compelling visuals.
  • Innovation & Trend Research – Stay ahead of design, fashion, and jewellery trends to continuously enhance brand aesthetics.
  • Team Collaboration & Mentorship – Work closely with marketing, content creators, and external partners while guiding and mentoring junior designers.
  • Project & Workflow Management – Oversee design schedules, meet deadlines, and ensure all assets are delivered on time with precision.

Qualification

Education – Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent

Experience – 3-4 years in a professional Creative & Graphic Design experience role, preferably in fashion, jewelry, or luxury brands.

  • Skills & Expertise:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong branding, typography, and layout expertise.

  • Experience in social media graphic design with knowledge of platform-specific trends.
  • Ability to think from a marketing perspective, ensuring visuals align with campaign objectives.
  • Proficiency in simple animation using Adobe After Effects & Premiere Pro is an advantage.
