  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Transformation Consultant (Japanese Speaker)

Job Title: Finance/Banking Customer SupportーJapanese speaker JLPT N1

Job Role:

  • Collaborate with Operations leaders to develop and implement transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct analysis and provide recommendations on organizational design, process improvement, and cultural transformation.
  • Design and implement change management plans to minimize disruption and ensure successful adoption of changes.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to support change initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and team leaders.
  • Communicate transformation plans, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Manage transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and operations.
  • Develop and track benefits realization plans to ensure transformation initiatives deliver expected business outcomes.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Salary: RM12000 - RM15000

Time: 9am - 6pm (must be flexible should there be any urgency)

Place : Kuala Lumpur or Penang, Malaysia

Requirement:

・Minimum 5 years of experience in change management and business process re-engineering, preferably within the banking or financial services sector

・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify pain points and develop effective solutions

・Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to drive change and gain buy-in

・Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools to ensure successful delivery of initiatives

・Proven track record of implementing sustainable process improvements and driving successful organisational transformations

・Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

・Tertiary qualification in Business, Management in BPO industry
