Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Identification & Evaluation
- Assist in conducting market research to identify potential locations for new stores across Malaysia.
- Evaluate the suitability of potential sites based on demographics, foot traffic, competition, and market trends.
- Collect and analyze relevant data to support decision-making for new store locations.
2. Support in Negotiations
- Assist in negotiating lease terms and conditions with landlords and property developers.
- Prepare documents and reports related to lease agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Operations) to facilitate lease finalization.
3.Collaboration & Coordination
- Collaborate with various internal teams, including Operations, Store Design & Construction, and Marketing, to ensure that site selection and store development processes are executed efficiently.
- Support the project management team in tracking and reporting on the status of site expansions and store openings.
4. Market Research & Reporting
- Conduct ongoing research on competitors, market trends, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for expansion.
- Prepare regular reports on site expansion progress, challenges, and opportunities for senior management.
5. Administrative & Documentation Support
- Prepare and maintain accurate records related to site acquisitions, contracts, and progress reports.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and other materials for senior management and external partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, real estate, or site acquisition, preferably within the retail or convenience store industry.
- Experience in supporting site expansion initiatives, property acquisition, or retail development is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess site potential and market trends.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other related tools for reporting and analysis.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel to different locations across Malaysia for site visits and project coordination.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
