Responsibilities and tasks associated with this role:

  • Project Planning:
  • Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, resource requirements, and milestones.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, suppliers, and vendors, to define project scope and objectives.
  • Budget Management:
  • Create and manage budgets for projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Monitor expenses, identify variances, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with teams from various departments, such as research and development, marketing, operations, and quality assurance.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure all stakeholders are aligned with project goals.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Timeline Management:
  • Monitor project timelines and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Identify and address potential delays or obstacles proactively.
  • Risk Management:
  • Identify and assess potential risks associated with projects.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize project disruptions.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure that projects comply with food safety, labeling, and other relevant standards.
  • Collaborate with regulatory affairs teams to secure necessary approvals.
  • Supplier and Vendor Management:
  • Source and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors for raw materials, packaging, and other project-related needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure favorable conditions for the company.
  • Communication and Reporting:
  • Provide regular updates on project progress to key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present project reports outlining achievements, challenges, and future plans.
  • Post-Implementation Evaluation:
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Document lessons learned for future projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
