  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As a Branding & Communications Officer, you will play a key role in enhancing our firm's visibility and reputation. Your responsibilities will go beyond just social media—you will strategize, create, and execute marketing and branding initiatives across multiple platforms. Whether it’s developing engaging content, managing online presence, or coordinating brand campaigns, your work will help us connect with our audience in meaningful ways

Key Responsibilities:

Media Content Creation & Management

  • Prepare engaging content and high-quality media graphics for posts.
  • Schedule and publish posts across various social media platforms, ensuring consistency in tone and branding.
  • Develop creative skits, photos, or videos in collaboration with firm staff to highlight our legal services if necessary.
  • Assist with MOHD ANUAR & CO’s website updates and apps content that support our social media messaging.

Audience Engagement

  • Monitor social media channels and respond to general inquiries via posts and direct messages.
  • Escalate specific inquiries to the relevant department when necessary, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

Brand Monitoring & Market Research

  • Monitor industry trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for engagement and innovation.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in branding, social media, or marketing (Fresh grads with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply!).

Strong content creation and communication skills.

Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) and familiarity with video editing software.

Passion for storytelling, creativity, and strategic thinking.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
