About your role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Manager to lead our Recovery Team (Telemarketing) and coordinate with Operations in CARRO. This role will focus on maximizing conversions of handover car-ins, enhancing bidding processes, and ensuring efficient workflow between the Recovery and Operations teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in telemarketing, team leadership, and operational coordination, with a track record of driving successful recovery strategies and demonstrating solid analytical skills.
Lead Recovery Team:
- Oversee the telemarketing recovery team to maximize handover car-in conversions and improve sales performance.
- Drive team accountability, set performance goals, and implement strategies to achieve high recovery rates.
- Monitor team productivity and optimize workflows to boost efficiency.
Enhance Bidding Processes:
- Collaborate with the team to analyze and improve bidding strategies, ensuring competitive and profitable bids.
- Track and review bidding performance metrics to make data-driven adjustments.
Operations Coordination:
- Act as the liaison between the Recovery and Operations teams, ensuring smooth communication and streamlined workflows.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges to maintain consistent service quality and operational efficiency.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct regular performance analyses, create actionable reports including PNL, and present insights to stakeholders.
- Use data-driven insights to refine recovery and bidding processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field or equivalent.
- 7+ years of experience in telemarketing, recovery operations, or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Proven experience in optimizing conversion and bidding processes, ideally within the automotive or related industries.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting; Tableau experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in telemarketing software, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite.
