Role and Responsibilities
Provides support to the Service Centre Manager of the Parts Inventory.
Oversees computerized parts catalog system and maintains a running inventory of regular and special-order parts and supplies.
Dispenses parts to service mechanics.
Identifies optimum sources for replacement parts and assemblies.
Purchases standard items.
Receives and inspects incoming shipments for correct quantity and quality of materials.
Processes invoices for payments and maintains proper records.
Obtains quotes on major expenditures and obtains approval for nonroutine purchases.
Maintains knowledge of pricing, changes in parts, and technical service bulletins through collaboration with sales and other company staff.
Support Retail Counter for walk in customer, settlement report and document filing.
Prepare and update parts aging report.
To keep warehouse in a good order, clean and maintain parts stock without lost.
To monitor stock in proper inventory level (no surplus and no shortage) and conduct monthly stock counting.
To follow up and update backorder status for the Service Centre.
To attend spare parts inquiries, order processing for the Service Centre.
Any other ad-hoc assignment being assigned by superior.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
