Our client is a Fast Growing Company specializes in baby products trading related activities. The role is responsible for new customer acquisition & managing a portfolio of customers while achieving sell-out targets.

KEY ROLES

  • Expand Our Business: To expand General/Traditional Trade coverage to enhance business opportunities in territory.
  • Increase Customer Base: Prospect and create new business opportunities to broaden our customer base.
  • Customer Offer: Ensure the proper and correct execution of sales, discount and trading terms determined by the company
  • Customer Inventory: To maintain record for adequate placement, replenishment and implementation of Sales with the retail partners and distributors. Monitor and minimize the level of Bad goods returns.
  • Customer Engagement: Understand customers' evolving needs and regular interactions to develop strong business relationships with retail partners, distributors and end customers.
  • Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations on our product range and new products to corporate customers and system integrators.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Team to plan and implement marketing activities.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and provide feedback on market and competitor information.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Sales experience in FMCG/Baby care products, preferably in Traditional / General Trade
  • Possess own transport & regularly travel to meet and prospect new clients within Klang Valley (Daily) & Outstation -Southern/Northern (Quarterly).
  • Sales driven, highly discipline and result-oriented with sense of responsibility
  • 2 permanent headcounts (Hybrid work - at least once a week back to office in Semenyih for weekly meeting)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
  • Performance bonus
