JOB SCOPE:
- Responsible for installation, commissioning and training of vision inspection system, and machine acceptance.
- Pay ferquent customer visit for pre-sales evaluation and after-sales service to improve customer satisfaction and build strong relationship.
- Handle machine maintainance, and conduct troubleshooting to solve technical issues.
- Frequent travel across the country and sometimes overseas.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experiences in similar technical services job. Experiences in inspection supplier or printing machinery would be bonus.
- Education: Diploma degree or above. Major in mechanical, IT or automation, eletricical is preferred.
- Fluency in Mandarin. Lives near Kuala Lumpur. Good communication skills, hard working, self motivated, and a good team player.
- Knowledge in mechanical and electrical, can read and draw basic drawings.
- Familiar with office software, such as office and WPS; Know how to use AutoCAD basically.
