As a Customer Service Assistant, you are responsible for providing exceptional service through assisting clients with their safe deposit box needs. You will support administrative tasks related to client onboarding, box access visits, and inquiries to deliver a premier experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet clients and visitors to our branch
  • Assist clients in accessing their safe deposit boxes
  • Processing box rental agreements and payment collection
  • Maintaining neatness of client meeting rooms
  • Managing inventory of access materials and supplies
  • Coordinating movement of larger stored items if needed
  • Directing client inquiries to appropriate teams
  • Supporting annual contract renewals and retention efforts
  • Contributing ideas to improve efficiency and service

Requirements:

  • Strong customer orientation with patience and integrity
  • Comfort working in a discreet, high-security environment
  • Strong communication, listening, and troubleshooting skills
  • High attention to detail and procedural compliance
  • Availability to work part-time hours with weekends
