  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

· Determining the required materials by project

· Purchase Quote (PQU) creation

· Analysing pre-order material based on projected forecast

· Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of material necessary for production

· Coordinating with other departments (Supply Chain, Warehouse, Production, Design) regarding production goal, planning, schedules and timelines

· Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products

· Liaising with operations, manufacturing, and purchasing

· Maintain effective communication, coordination, and interpersonal relationship with team members

· Addressing inquiries about various shipping concerns of the material

· On time and as agreed upon, with deadlines kept

· Tracking and monitoring production volume of the material

· Preparing performance reports

· Managing inventory which try to delaminate high holding cost in warehouse

· Ad hoc task from superior.

Job Requirement

· Min 1 years’ experience in material planning, inventory management, purchasing, or related position

· Diploma and above in business, logistics, inventory management, supply chain or related field preferred

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· An operational understanding of material control

· Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management

· Good communication skills, both verbal and written

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Self-motivated and able to work under pressure

· Proactively contributes to the team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
