Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Leasing/ Field Coordinator Executive to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing rental collection portfolio, ensuring seamless tenancy renewals and fostering positive tenant relationships. You will be a proactive problem-solver, adept at navigating complex situations and ensuring the integrity and value of our land assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Tenancy Management:

  • Proactively manage and ensure the timely renewal of all tenancy agreements on an annual basis, fostering long-term tenant relationships.
  • Ensure rental collection is at the optimum level
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and concerns, ensuring exceptional customer service.

Financial Liaison & Problem Resolution:

  • Collaborate closely with the accounts department to address and resolve any rental payment issues, including cheque non-clearances, ensuring smooth financial operations.

Project Oversight & Vendor Management:

  • Oversee and monitor earthworks and other land development projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.
  • Manage relationships with contractors, such as Siva, and other vendors, ensuring timely and effective project execution.

Ad Hoc Tasks:

  • Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned by the superior and management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Property Development/ Real Estate Management/Project or equivalent
  • Minimum at least 5 years working experience in related field is required.
  • Possess skillsets in planning, sales, negotiation and team driven to ensure the team deliver and achieve monthly KPI
  • A highly motivated team player with strong influence, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to be based in Cameron Highlands

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
