POSITION SUMMARY

This role is responsible for supporting 25 watch stores across Malaysia, with additional oversight in Singapore and Thailand. Key responsibilities include managing store needs such as replenishing stationery and F&B supplies, coordinating watch repairs, and arranging courier services.

The role also involves liaising with suppliers to obtain quotations and ensuring timely delivery of items. Regular store and watch service centre visits are part of the daily routine, along with addressing retail team inquiries via WhatsApp and email. This individual will represent the brand positively, fostering long-term relationships with the retail team while ensuring continued business growth.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Achieve High Service Standards

  • Maintaining and upholding the company’s image as a prestigious and luxurious brand at all times.
  • To comply with Brand standards, company SOP and the Code of Business Conduct.
  • Liaise with mall managements and work alongside with the marketing team on corporate events, promotions, and exhibitions.
  • Sourcing, analyzing & verification of all vendor quotations and invoices.
  • Timely arrangement of retail sales team’s training schedule and events participation.
  • Upkeep of brand POS in accordance to brand guidelines.
  • Day to day interactions with retail team members.
  • Establish key performance targets and provide regular assessment for team members.
  • Ensure operations process satisfies audit requirements.
  • Compliance with policies and procedures.

Maintain Best Retail Standards

  • Efficiently support the running of day-to-day retail operations, this include ensuring that all SOPs and service guidelines are met.
  • Perform store opening and closing procedures and to ensure the process is in compliance with company SOPs.
  • Ensure proper care of stocks, fixtures and furniture within the store, and kept neatly and tidy at all times.
  • Ensure visual merchandising are implemented efficiently.
  • Monitor and manage boutique maintenance supplies such as amenities, office equipment and pouches to ensure quality standard and cost effectiveness.
  • Be vigilant and practice regular checks on staff movements during operating hours.

Inventory Integrity

  • Working together with Managers to manage inventory and minimize stock losses.
  • Conduct daily, monthly stock count for store.
  • Resolve discrepancies within 2-3 days and report all findings to Manager.
  • Monitor and coordinate receiving of merchandise and price tagging according to operation procedures.

Reporting

  • Responsible for all stock control documentation. Ensure timely and accurate submission.
  • To support in collating data for all reports pertaining to sales, customer service, accounts, logistics in a timely manner
  • Any Ad Hoc reporting as required by the Managers.

Personal Development

  • To focus on improving self and personal development to support the organization in terms of qualitative growth
  • Complete E-Learning as and when necessary

POSITION SPECIFICATION

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any discipline
  • At least 2-3 years of retail experience.
  • Pleasant and able to work in team and enjoy dealings with people across levels
  • Meticulous in managing administrative work.
  • Willing to travel both locally and overseas.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent English in written and spoken. Able to converse in other language is an added advantage.
