- ISO 9001 Documentation & Preparation:
- Review, update, and organize ISO 9001:2015 documentation, including policies, procedures, work instructions, and records.
- Identify gaps in documentation and address non-conformities from previous audits.
- Ensure document control procedures comply with ISO requirements.
- Internal Audits & Compliance Checks:
- Conduct internal audits and compliance checks across all departments.
- Work closely with department heads to ensure they are prepared for the external audit.
- Provide recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.
- Training & Awareness:
- Conduct brief training or refresher sessions for employees on ISO 9001 requirements.
- Ensure all relevant staff understand their roles in maintaining compliance.
- Audit Readiness & Coordination:
- Develop an ISO 9001 audit readiness plan with clear milestones.
- Coordinate with external auditors, assisting in scheduling and responding to queries.
- Prepare necessary reports and summaries for Management.
- Continuous Improvement & Reporting:
- Identify areas for process improvement to strengthen compliance.
- Report regularly to Management on progress and any issues requiring attention.
Qualifications & Requirements:

- A degree holder in Quality Management, Business, Engineering or any relevant discipline.
- Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor (by IRCA, Exemplar Global, or equivalent), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Compliance Professional (CCP)
- Proven experience in ISO 9001 audit preparation and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, internal auditing, and document control.
- Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt)
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
- Experience in manufacturing, IT, or service industries (preferred).
