Job Summary:

The Admin Officer will play a key role in supporting the operations of SDB’s One-Two Boost Team under the CSR division. This role involves administrative coordination, documentation management, and assisting in the execution of CSR initiatives. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, well-organized, and passionate about community engagement and corporate social responsibility.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
  • Issue invoices and memos (commission and others).
  • Generate and update monthly reports, including attendance reports for HR
  • Coordinate and assist in CSR programs and corporate activities.
  • Plan and manage GER booth schedules, including kids' scheduling.
  • Assist at GER booths when needed.
  • Prepare sales reports and generate statements of account for payment collection.
  • Assist in monthly reseller consignment orders.
  • Track and arrange utilities and supplier payments.
  • Plan logistics for product distribution.
  • Update stock records in Excel (packaging).
  • Assist in stock and packaging material ordering/non-edible raw materials ordering. Monitor and maintain stock levels.
  • Assist in non-edible production.
  • Generate and update product-making process SOPs.
  • Generate herbal drinks plans and assist with herbal drinks distribution.
  • Update and maintain the Scorecard (CMIS).
  • Monitor special needs adults involved in the program.
  • Assist in procurement of necessary equipment.
  • Keep track of service maintenance for air conditioners, water/air purifiers, chillers, etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, experience in CSR, nonprofit, or corporate settings will be an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and administrative tools.
  • Passion for CSR and community engagement is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
