  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting Head of Business Development to facilitate and coordinate project procurement initiatives within the country which is synergistic to the Group’s core activities in Property Development, Construction, Asset Management, Manufacturing, and Hospitality & Higher Education.
  • Assist Head of Business Development for all market research and intelligence information gathering activities and establishing strategic network and alliance within the industry.
  • Assist Head of Business Development to undertake and/or coordinate Project Evaluations, prepare Project Proposals & Briefs, Pre-Qualification and Tender submissions to clients, Presentation of Proposals, negotiations and successful securing of projects.
  • Coordinate activities between the Group’s various operational business units, third party consultants / experts in the procuring of projects and development of new products.
  • Formulate yearly business plan for Group Business Development and preparing quarterly report for Corporate Executive Council (CEC) meeting.
  • Assist subsidiary companies in preparing proposal and presentation for their business development activities.
  • Act as the Group Liaison Unit in all of the Group’s PR functions and communications with Government Ministry and/or Agencies.

Job Requirement:

  • Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Public Administration or any discipline.
  • 7 years working experience in Executive Business Development or 2 years at business Executive, Business Development and related working experience.
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills and customer relation management with high proficiency in verbal and written English.
  • Strong analytical skills and able to evaluate, form logical conclusions and reason with facts.
  • Good in IT skills.
  • Good work attitude, flexible, able to work independently and willing to take on challenges.
  • Willing to travel within Malaysia and abroad.
  • Experience in Construction or Property Development Industry is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
