- Strong market expansion, customer management, and business negotiation skills.
- Familiar with the Malaysian market environment, with extensive industry resources and connections preferred.
- Proven experience in team management, with the ability to effectively motivate and guide the sales team to achieve targets.
- Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure, and willing to travel.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in both English and Chinese; proficiency in Malay is a plus.
