Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the sales and market expansion of SANY Heavy equipment in the Malaysian market, formulating and implementing sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  2. Develop and maintain customer relationships, providing professional product solutions.
  3. Analyze market trends, understand industry dynamics and competitor activities, and adjust market strategies in a timely manner to enhance brand influence.
  4. Participate in marketing activities such as exhibitions, product demonstrations, and customer meetings to increase brand awareness.
  5. Coordinate internal company resources to ensure smooth execution of sales, delivery, and after-sales services, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  6. Analyze sales data and prepare reports, regularly updating management on market conditions and sales performance.

Job Requirements:

  1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, mechanical engineering, or related fields.
  2. At least 2 years of sales experience in construction machinery, heavy equipment, or related industries, with Heavy Equipment sales experience preferred.
  3. Strong market expansion, customer management, and business negotiation skills.
  4. Familiar with the Malaysian market environment, with extensive industry resources and connections preferred.
  5. Proven experience in team management, with the ability to effectively motivate and guide the sales team to achieve targets.
  6. Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure, and willing to travel.
  7. Excellent communication skills, fluent in both English and Chinese; proficiency in Malay is a plus.
