CNC MILLING/TURNING/EDM

To be based in Bayan Lepas & Bukit Minyak

Roles And Responsibilities:

To coordinate and solve any technical problem within your knowledge to get the job done on time.
To analyze and work independently on technical drawing, calculation, set-up, process, method, machine operations, tools, and equipment.
To prepare weekly progress reports.
To propose technical improvements in the fabrication process, method, and speed to meet company standards.
To coordinate with others to develop a good fabrication process for any job assigned.
To have the commitment to estimate hours and lead time when required.
Responsible for arranging and completing all assignments job in time.
To control the highest quality of products produced.
Responsible for machining and arranging for machines to be serviced when required.
To ensure the work surrounding are kept clean and safe.
To maintain the cleanliness of the machine.
To follow Work Instructions and Standard of Procedures accordingly.
All other responsibilities are assigned by Supervisor from time to time.

Requirements:

SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering.
Knowledge and experience with CAM software.
1 to 2-years working experience in a similar capacity and similar industry.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Able to understand mechanical drawing.
Knowledge and experience to operate the machine such as milling, lathe, grinding, CNC milling, and CNC lathe.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
