Associate Travel Coordinator
About the role
Are you a highly organised, fast-paced problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment? We're looking for a Travel Coordinator to join our team, managing all work-related travel arrangements for 500+ employees across the company.
In this role, you'll be at the heart of the business, ensuring seamless travel experiences while balancing multiple requests, tight deadlines, and ever-changing plans. You'll need to be confident in handling complex travel itineraries, proactive in offering cost-effective solutions, and comfortable challenging requests to ensure the best outcomes for both travellers and the business.
This role is perfect for someone who can stay calm under pressure, is a natural multitasker, and takes pride in delivering efficient, top-quality service. Alongside travel coordination, you'll play a key role in managing invoices, cross-checking data, and keeping financial trackers up to date — so attention to detail and strong numeracy skills are essential.
No two days will look the same — some will be hectic, others quieter — but we're looking for someone who is always one step ahead, using quieter moments to streamline processes and keep everything running like clockwork.
If you're ready to be part of a fast-moving team where your work directly contributes to the company's success, we'd love to hear from you!
Some of our KL office benefits include:
- Unlimited Holiday
- Health insurance
- Volunteer Days
- Enhanced Maternity and Paternity Leave
- Free online streaming service subscription
- Dental and Optical Allowance
- Calm subscription
- Company pension
- Referral programme
- Donation matching
