  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Function: Software & Cloud The role:
SAP Basis & BTP consultant who is experienced in SAP Netweaver/BASIS Technology, S/4HANA, SAP cloud infrastructure and SAP BTP. In this role you will be tasked with delivering quality, customer focused SAP Basis and BTP services to global customers base where your duties may involve both a project delivery and support and maintenance activities according to rostered duties. The candidate will work closely with the user community, IT colleagues and clients to determine appropriate solutions, owning the process of delivery from design to implementation and support tasks.

  • Discuss with the lead for technical queries and collaborates with project team for proactive resolutions.
  • Technical coordination & collaboration amongst the team.
  • Work on the assigned tasks and deliver on time with quality and documentation.
  • Ensure successful delivery of larger engagements with high complexity based on best practices
  • Strong understanding on HW Infrastructure sizing, installation, migration, upgrades, patching, integration, fine tuning and customization of customer SAP landscapes
  • Possess foundational working / core knowledge of general principles of SAP Technologies such as SAP HANA and other SAP products .
  • Possess good understanding on Cloud technologies and have good understanding for SAP architecture in cloud to support.
  • Possess good architecture knowledge in SAP BTP Platform and pillars of BTP.
  • Should have expertise in SAP Cloud ALM.
  • Should be able to deploy/troubleshoot Cloud Connector for hybrid cloud integration.
  • Database technology basic skills regarding non HANA system platforms (MS SQL Server, MaxDB, Oracle & DB2)
  • OS knowledge on Linux and Windows is mandatory to support the SAP & Databases under different OS.
  • Having basic knowledge on Cloud tools to support SAP on cloud.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing within a community (e.g. team, practice, or project).
  • Re-uses existing Knowledge Management to accelerate solutions delivery
  • Being compliant on SWO’s Code of Conduct and Digital Security.
What we need to see from you:
  • SAP HANA certified, SAP Migration certified, Cloud infrastructure technology certification such as Azure or AWS
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP Basis technologies
  • Configuring, monitoring, tuning and troubleshooting SAP environments
  • Previous experience working in upgrades, OS/DB migrations and HANA migration projects (experience in Implementation and blueprinting is a big plus)
  • Fair understanding on Security Authentication is required
  • Experience on Technical Planning, Installations, Upgrades, cloud, OS/DB Migrations, Unicode Conversions, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA Conversions are add to value.
  • Accountable for BTP landscape management, availability and performance of all systems.
  • BTP Configuration, Workzone. Expertise in Troubleshooting range of issues and providing root cause analysis from S/4 HANA to SAP BTP Service and 3rd Party surrounding systems.
  • Accountable for BTP landscape management, availability and performance of all systems.
  • Involve in proactive monitoring and performance tuning of HANA Cloud and BTP applications using tools like SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Focus run, and SAP BTP Cockpit.
  • Managing global accounts and subaccounts
  • Configuring entitlements and user access
  • Monitoring platform health and performance
  • Managing resource allocation and scaling
  • Technically fluent in
  • Operating System (Unix/Windows/Linux), Database MS SQL Server, MaxDB, Oracle & DB2 ) administration
  • SAP HANA in-Memory Platform, core services and tools, HANA Studio, HANA Cockpit
  • SAP HANA MDC
  • SAP HANA scale-out and standalone deployment, administration and optimization experience and knowledge
  • Fiori Platform
  • HANA HA/HSR & DR
  • Cloud Migrations (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Core Knowledge/Experience in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization of SAP, DB and OS parameters.
  • Experience with SAP NetWeaver Identity Provider for X.509 certificates, Kerberos and SAML 2.0
  • Experience in administering SAP Web Dispatcher, PO, SRM, CRM, BW etc are mandatory.
  • Be analytical, results-driven and have a solution oriented approach.
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written, listening and presentation.
  • Prior experience involving client/customer interaction required
