  • Food preparation - Following recipes to measure, weigh, and mix ingredients, and then baking, grilling, steaming, or boiling foods. Include marinating protein and vacuum sealing.
  • Food safety - Ensuring ingredients and final dishes are fresh, and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Kitchen cleanliness - Keeping the kitchen clean and orderly by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out the trash
  • Inventory - Keep track of the inventory and notify when there are ingredients running out.
  • Other duties - Performing other kitchen duties as assigned, such as setting up workstations, executing opening and closing procedures, and occasionally serving food
  • Plating - Make sure dishes are presentable according to SOP given
  • Basically responsible for all activities in a small kitchen and its surrounds.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,169.02 - RM3,000.00 per month
