  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the operations of multiple kitchen outlets, ensuring consistency and quality across all locations.
  • Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards and promote a positive work environment.
  • Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure it meets our quality expectations.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stock control, and minimizing waste.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to plan budgets, control costs, and achieve operational goals.
  • Lead by example in maintaining professionalism, teamwork, and a customer-focused approach.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in a Head Chef or Area Chef role, preferably in a multi-location setting.
  • Proven expertise in a variety of cuisines and cooking techniques.
  • leadership and organizational skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a collaborative and problem-solving mindset.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
