Your Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support via live chat and email, ensuring quick and effective resolution of customer inquiries.
- Use your strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and deliver personalized solutions.
- Navigate multiple systems and platforms seamlessly while maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
- Be the voice of our brand, ensuring every customer interaction leaves a positive impression.
What You Bring:
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written). A language test will be conducted to assess your skills.
- Tech Skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools and managing multiple systems simultaneously.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in live chat, email support, or call center roles is essential.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
