Job Duties

  • Ensure medical records are complete and not misplaced. If any are missing, report it as an “Incident.”
  • Handle clerical tasks like filing, sorting, and processing medical records.
  • Compile and organize medical records before storing them properly.
  • Copy, scan, file, assemble, and retrieve patient records as needed.
  • Track and follow up on outstanding or moved medical record folders.
  • Manage inactive records by thinning, archiving, or destroying them when necessary.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all information.
  • Perform other assigned duties.
  • Understand how to merge folders.

Requirements

  • SPM or any Diploma holder.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Computer-literate.
