Job Duties
- Ensure medical records are complete and not misplaced. If any are missing, report it as an “Incident.”
- Handle clerical tasks like filing, sorting, and processing medical records.
- Compile and organize medical records before storing them properly.
- Copy, scan, file, assemble, and retrieve patient records as needed.
- Track and follow up on outstanding or moved medical record folders.
- Manage inactive records by thinning, archiving, or destroying them when necessary.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all information.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- Understand how to merge folders.

Requirements
- SPM or any Diploma holder.
- Good communication skills.
- Computer-literate.
