  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Looking for an exciting opportunity in the Consumer Health Manufacturing industry? Join our team and be part of a dynamic environment!

Location: Jalan Tandang, Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Contract: 12 months with PERSOLKELLY (renewable based on performance)
Salary: RM3,500 - RM5,000 (based on experience & skills) + statutory contributions, leave entitlement, and medical coverage

Who We're Looking For

  • Diploma holder in a relevant field
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales support function
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
  • Positive, can-do attitude & willingness to learn
  • Strong communication & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently & in a team
  • Fluent in spoken & written English

Your Key Responsibilities

Sales Reporting

  • Support the Sales Team in preparing inventory reports, PO tracking, customer billing data, and KAM incentives
  • Assist in OTC Sales Rep tagging

Claims Management

  • Prepare customer claims submissions & returns reports
  • Maintain customer master data & list price records
  • Manage customer rebate agreements & Pro-X contract creation

Customer Administration

  • Assist in customer rebate agreement creation & submission
  • Prepare monthly promotion forms & related documents
  • Handle other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
