  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Duration: 12 months contract under PERSOLKELLY Malaysia

Salary starting : RM3,900

Working Hours & Day :
Monday to Friday : 11.00am - 8.00pm

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure right first time of creation, release and maintenance of Product specifications and related Recipes in SAP EHS/RD (FGs, SFG Packaging Specifications)
  • Ensure right first time of creation of required Pack Raw materials incl. localization of globally governed Specification (except ADH)
  • Ensure & control Supplier Sign off for pack raw materials
  • Obsolescence of Product and Material Specifications and Recipes based on obsolescence reports given by GMDM (if needed)
  • Ensure data integrity and maintain specifications or recipes accordingly
  • Exploit opportunities for simplification & standardization in process and business systems for continuous improvement.
  • Engage and manage stakeholders within to enable efficient SKU creation/ maintenance process. Participate in Start Up and Kick Off meetings.
  • Support as well as collaborate with functional stakeholders with regards to specification & recipe creation and maintenance.
  • Support in performing testing for business releases, upgrades or system fix.
  • Raise IT Tickets on system issues
  • Raise demand standard requests for BAU activities, if required.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in a technical related profession/subject
  • Working experience in a technical orientated function (Production, Quality, Product)
  • Working experience or fundamental knowledge of Master data management in Factories / Supply Chain (e.g. Material masters and BOMs) as Administrators
  • Working experience and/or basic knowledge of NPI processes
  • Working experience in SAP especially with EHS & RD modules or within MM module
  • Detailed knowledge of tobacco products, its materials and production processes (Combustible products, THP, Oral)
  • IT knowledge on MS-Office applications esp. MS Excel
  • Fluent English skills
