Customer Service Support (Shift Working Hours)
Position Title : Customer Service Support
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Company Industry: Transportation
Contract Duration: 6 months with PERSOLKELLY (renewable based on performance & business needs)
Working Hours: Monday to Sunday (Shift Basis: 6AM – 12AM, details will be share during interview)
Salary: Starting from RM1,700 with statutory contribution & insurance coverage
Who Are We Looking For?
SPM Holders:
- Call Centre Role: Min. 2 years of experience in a Contact Centre (handling phone, email & chat).
- Social Media Role: Min. 2 years of experience managing customer feedback on Facebook, Instagram & X (formerly Twitter).
Diploma Holders:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer feedback via phone, email, WhatsApp & social media.
- Respond to inquiries, concerns & requests promptly and effectively.
- Troubleshoot customer issues & escalate when necessary.
- Maintain customer records & ensure all cases are resolved within timeline.
- Stay updated on Crisis Management Plans for seamless execution during emergencies.
- Maintain confidentiality in line with PDPA & company policies.
- Foster a positive work environment through teamwork & accountability.
- Meet KPI targets to achieve Customer Support Unit goals.
