Duration: 12 months contract under PERSOLKELLY Malaysia

Salary : RM2500

Working Hours & Day :
Monday to Friday : 9.00am - 6.00pm

Responsibilities :

· Administrative Support:

  • Perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Maintain and organize office files, both physical and electronic, ensuring that they are easily accessible when needed.
  • Prepare and process forms, documents, and reports for internal or external use.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating office events.

· Data Entry & Record Keeping:

  • Input, update, and maintain data in various systems or databases.
  • Ensure that records are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with company or regulatory standards.
  • Organize and manage documents and ensure timely filing of paperwork.

· Customer Service:

  • Provide friendly and professional service to customers or clients who contact the office.
  • Address inquiries, assist with basic concerns, or direct clients to the appropriate personnel.
  • Handle any office correspondence, including incoming and outgoing mail.

· Office Inventory & Supplies:

  • Monitor office supplies and ensure that the necessary materials (e.g., paper, pens, printer cartridges) are stocked.
  • Order supplies and manage inventory to ensure availability when needed.

· Coordination and Communication:

  • Support communication between departments and staff, ensuring that necessary information is shared efficiently.
  • Help organize meetings, take meeting notes, and distribute minutes to attendees as needed.
  • Assist other team members or departments with administrative tasks as required.

· General Office Maintenance:

  • Keep the office space organized and tidy to create a productive work environment.
  • Perform other clerical tasks, as needed, to assist with office operations and support other staff.

Qualifications:

  • Min Diploma
  • Must have 2-3 years of experience
  • Immediate joiner
