  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Location: Bangsar South Office
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible when taking late-night calls, 2-3 times a week)
Contract Duration: 12 months with PERSOLKELLY
Salary: RM10,000 – RM17,000 (Based on experience & qualifications)

What You'll Do

  • Develop and manage a portfolio-wide delivery plan aligned with business priorities.
  • Engage with key stakeholders across GSC, FBT, BTC, PU, and functional teams.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to integrate updates for strategic reporting.
  • Ensure transparency in progress tracking and drive transformation projects.
  • Identify and manage risks, interdependencies, and project financial performance.
  • Oversee project initiation, scoping, data gathering, and execution.
  • Lead management of change (MOC) processes when required.

Who We're Looking For

  • Degree or equivalent education/experience required
  • Project Management Certification, Six Sigma - Lean, or APICS is a plus
  • Experience in lubricants business & supply chain (Aspac region preferred)
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing & communication skills
  • Proven experience in leading successful transformations/change
  • Detail-oriented, resilient & thrives in complex environments
