  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position : IT Executive

Salary range : RM 2,900 – RM 3,500

Working Location : Muar, Johor

Jobs responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for both new and existing systems.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day end-users support in PCs, servers, peripheral equipment, networking and software related issues including installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
  • To liaise with vendors/suppliers regarding the purchase and repair of hardware/software and monitor the delivery of IT equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and system implementation.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain IT related documentation and user guides.
  • Assist in IT project implementation as and when required.

Jobs requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,900.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
