  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Assist forecasts for all assigned processes with help of various statistical forecasting norms and business intelligence.
  • Monitor the operation KPIs and prepare reports to monitor forecast accurately and analyse all financials and supply chain trends.
  • Administer commodities inventory required to reach all targets and improve all services and provide excellent forecasts.
  • Coordinate with various teams and gather and explain data from multiple sources to formulate future forecasts. E.g. Procurement, production and sales plans.
  • Monitor accuracy of current and future forecasts and make adjustments according to market and production requirements.
  • Provide ad hoc forecasts, sales and prepare archive reports as requested to assist management decision.
  • Assist to prepare inventory reduction initiatives for assigned product lines and rationalization process for product lines.
  • Coordinate as well as perform, all required functions from initiation of intent to purchase through to satisfactory delivery of assigned commodities.
  • Coordinates sourcing into alternative sources of supply and products. Works with production and operations departments along with vendors to analyse materials and gain approval of new supplier or materials.

Skills/Competency:-

  • Good data analytic and reporting skills.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Good in MS Excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
