Key Responsibilities

1. SEO Strategy & Implementation

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for relevant search terms.
  • Implement on-page SEO (meta tags, alt text, internal linking, structured data) and off-page SEO (link building, guest posting).

2. Website Management & Optimization

  • Manage and update website content to ensure SEO best practices and a seamless user experience.
  • Work on technical SEO improvements, including site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and crawlability.
  • Collaborate with web developers to ensure proper website structure, URL optimization, and error fixing.

3. Google Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools to monitor website performance and traffic trends.
  • Track key performance metrics (CTR, bounce rate, page rankings) and provide insights for improvement.

4. Content Marketing & Blogging

  • Create and manage SEO-friendly blog posts, landing pages, and website content.
  • Ensure high-quality, engaging content that aligns with search engine guidelines and user intent.

5. Paid Search (Google Ads) Management (if applicable)

  • Assist in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for paid search visibility.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze ad performance to maximize ROI.

6. Link Building & Off-Page SEO

  • Develop and implement link-building strategies to increase domain authority.
  • Reach out to industry blogs, directories, and partners for quality backlinks.

7. Competitor Analysis & Market Research

  • Conduct SEO audits and competitor analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on Google algorithm changes, SEO trends, and digital marketing innovations.

8. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

  • Analyze user behavior and improve website conversion rates.
  • Test landing pages, CTAs, and forms to optimize lead generation and sales.

9. Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with web developers, content creators, and marketing teams to align SEO efforts.
  • Provide monthly SEO performance reports and suggest improvements.

Key Qualifications & Skills

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2-5 years experience in SEO, website management, or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of improving Google search rankings and website traffic.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog).
  • Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and technical SEO best practices.
  • Google Ads and PPC campaign knowledge is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and stay updated on SEO trends.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
