  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Embark on a pivotal role in deploying and executing Supplier Quality Management.

As the mastermind behind the excellent drive of quality, you'll play a key part in the ensuring the quality of supplies delivered.

Join us in collaborating with various teams and promoting a culture of quality assurance/control throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement Supply Qualification Module (SQM) and Supplier Performance Module (SPM) for internal and external suppliers.
  • Use 8D methodology to implement containment, corrective, and preventive actions for quality issues.
  • Check effectiveness of supplier actions and escalate issues to Supplier Quality & Development team when needed.
  • Implement part qualification through Part Product Evaluation Plan (PPEP) for new products/processes.
  • Participate actively in PPEP with process development teams.
  • Ensure effectiveness of PPEP for supplied parts.
  • Manage and optimize incoming inspection policies.
  • Monitor and report on supplier quality performance at the plant level.
  • Participate in Supplier Approval Module (SAM) process.
  • Follow up on SAM supplier status to improve plant's supplier panel.
  • Ensure guidelines for business allocation are respected.

Key Requirements

  • Technical degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Professional experience in supply quality assurance.
  • Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, root cause analysis/lean six sigma/kaizen.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • SAM auditor certification.
  • PCB/PCBA knowledge.
  • Expertise in PPEP.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills.
  • Effective communication abilities.
  • This opportunity is available to individuals authorized to work in Malaysia

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM84,000.00 - RM108,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • PCB/PCBA: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Root cause analysis/lean six sigma/kaizen: 5 years (Preferred)
