Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing team to convert leads.

- Support NPS (Net Promoter Score) program.
Key Requirement
- 1-4 years in sales, pre-sales, or customer success.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Interest in SME segment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & collaboration tools.
- Open to candidates authorized to work in Malaysia.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM48,000.00 - RM60,000.00 per year
Experience:
- SaaS (Software as a Service): 1 year (Preferred)
- Software Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Solution Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
