Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend calls and respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding vehicle insurance plans.
  • Provide professional advice on insurance plans to effectively address customer concerns.
  • Prepare and manage both internal and external documentation.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing necessary paperwork.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities for the administration and accounts department as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior as required.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Possess a Diploma/Degree in Insurance, Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Highly responsible, capable of multitasking, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Willing to work in Telok Panglima Garang.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
