Job Responsibilities:
- Attend calls and respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding vehicle insurance plans.
- Provide professional advice on insurance plans to effectively address customer concerns.
- Prepare and manage both internal and external documentation.
- Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing necessary paperwork.
- Assist in month-end closing activities for the administration and accounts department as needed.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior as required.
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in Insurance, Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Highly responsible, capable of multitasking, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Willing to work in Telok Panglima Garang.
