  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Position : Machinist

Location : Singapore ( Aerospace industry)

Time : Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.50pm

Basic SGD 1,800 to SGD 2, 500 + OT + Allowance (Night shift) + AWS

Core Responsibilities:

  • Comply with all company and safety rules and regulations during course of duties. ( Proper PPE )
  • Perform jobs in priority order unless instructed otherwise.
  • Set up machining fixtures, tooling and inserts for turning, grinding or milling. Measure, mark and scribe dimensional and reference points on materials. Determine datum for locating parts not previously in production.
  • Align fixtures and cutting tools. Set specified rotation speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth and angle of cut.
  • Machine part while monitoring cutting action of machine to detect excessive wear or malfunction.
  • Perform sheetmetal work as and when is required
  • Perform pressure testing as required.
  • Use indicators, calipers, venires, micrometers and gauges to check work and verify conformance of finished part to specifications.
  • Perform TPM’S.
  • Report nonconformance’s related to parts, paper work, equipment, tooling or materials to the immediate Cell Leader.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years machining experience in an aerospace environment
  • Basic shop math
  • Read, write, and interpret English, basic mechanical skills
  • Effectively utilize lifting devices
  • Ability to interpret travelers and work instructions
  • Ability to verify log and procedures for accuracy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
