Job Responsibilities
- Prepare purchase orders
- Review prices and product specification from various suppliers to determine the best deal
- Creating and maintaining purchasing files, price lists, and determining sufficient inventory on hand
- Track deliveries and make sure goods received are exactly as ordered from suppliers
- Physically check shipments to ensure the appropriate items were delivered
- Answer supplier and customer inquiries about order changes or cancellations and check requisition orders for accuracy
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sourcing and executing end-to-end procurement processes
- Strong analytical skills with a sharp focus on priority and key actions
- Strong in planning, organizing, and execution
- Good command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written) as this role would require the candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking suppliers
Salary Range: RM1,600 – RM2,400
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 5:00pm
Saturday (Alternate) - 8:00 am to 12:00pm
