Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare purchase orders
  • Review prices and product specification from various suppliers to determine the best deal
  • Creating and maintaining purchasing files, price lists, and determining sufficient inventory on hand
  • Track deliveries and make sure goods received are exactly as ordered from suppliers
  • Physically check shipments to ensure the appropriate items were delivered
  • Answer supplier and customer inquiries about order changes or cancellations and check requisition orders for accuracy
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the management

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sourcing and executing end-to-end procurement processes
  • Strong analytical skills with a sharp focus on priority and key actions
  • Strong in planning, organizing, and execution
  • Good command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written) as this role would require the candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking suppliers

Salary Range: RM1,600 – RM2,400

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 5:00pm

Saturday (Alternate) - 8:00 am to 12:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
