  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or equivalent from a reputable University. (Candidates with a Diploma and substantial experience will also be considered.)
  • At least 2 years of sales or key account experience in Modern Trade or General Trade (Tindusty), Key Wholesalers, and Distributors. Experience working in the FMCG industry is essential for this position.
  • Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin & local dialects.
  • Skills required: Supply Chain Management, Vendor Management, Forecasting, Process Improvement, Data Analysis.
  • Must have personal transportation.
  • Proficient in MS OFFICE, especially MS EXCEL.
  • The candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, proactive, and maintain a positive work attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving profitable sales, category, and brand share growth in the assigned distribution channel.
  • Achieve the company’s objectives in Sales, Account Receivable, and Merchandising standards.
  • Continuously improve sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction, etc.
  • Open new outlets and address sales issues.
  • Monitor DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and undertake debt collection from outlets.
  • Negotiate and implement local agreements and monitor timely payments.
  • Analyze market information to identify opportunities and provide feedback on product quality, new marketing ideas, sales trends, competitor activities, etc.
  • Monitor sales performance of new launches to ensure they meet acceptable standards. Develop sell-out programs to reduce stock holding days.
  • Develop and execute merchandising plans with specific timeframes. Track actual planning/acceptance of displays to reduce out-of-stock occurrences.
  • Provide solutions and corrective actions in terms of merchandising display, stock inventory, replenishment activities, promotion activities, and pending issues to head office.
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Company from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
