Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma.
- Experience with good administrative and telephone skills.
- Ability to handle work professionally, independently, and efficiently with a strong customer service mindset.
- Effective organizational and follow-up skills, with attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills, with a professional and responsive manner.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Responsibilities
- Entertain and respond promptly to customer inquiries via telephone or electronically, providing accurate information.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and correctly, assisting with their inquiries on behalf of the company.
- Assist walk-in customers for all direct sales orders and purchases at the Retail Center counter.
- Prepare sales billing according to standard processes in the house system, such as the ES Accounting System.
- Handle daily cash sales and ensure accurate cash record-keeping at the counter.
- Close daily sales transactions, ensuring that total cash, cheques, credit cards, and goods return notes are accurately recorded in the cash statement report.
- Submit the daily cash sales and transaction report to the Finance Department either on the same day or by 9:30 AM the following day.
- Maintain tidiness and cleanliness at the Retail Center at all times.
