  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The person is responsible to assist the Finance Manager in areas relating to accounts of the Company. This person will be responsible for maintaining accounting records and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. This position addresses tight deadlines and multitude of accounting activities including general ledger and financial reporting. This person requires strong self-discipline, interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal qualification and experience.

Responsibilities:

· Monitoring on day-to-day operations and activities of the accounts department

· Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing, and prepare reporting under Group’s requirement

· Responsible to prepare the financial statements in compliance with financial reporting standards

· Responsible for monthly balance sheet reconciliation and bank reconciliation

· Monitoring inter-company transactions, balances and reconciliations

· Assists in midyear forecasting and yearly budgeting

· Handle with Company auditor, tax agent and related government bodies

· Participate in ad hoc projects assigned by Company

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Accounting

· Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin

· At least 3-4 years of working experience in related fields is required for this position

· External audit experience would be an added advantage

· Ability to work effectively, both independently and as a team member

· Effective communication skills with all related departments

· Required skill(s): Ms Office & related Accounting system experience
