  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities

Looking for Optometrist & Optician & Sales Associate in Johor Bahru, Penang, Kuala Lumpur & Selangor.

Daily responsibilities:

1. Customer approach with customized procedures and methods, lifestyle-oriented refractions, consultation, lens introductions, and recommendations.

2. Product quality check, adjustment, and packaging.

3. Glasses dispensing with SOP, explanation on warranty and eye care & glasses care procedures.

4. Administrative work (data entry, product ordering).

5. Product replenishment and stock-in.

6. Arrange delivery with outlets and manufacturers for refitting or calibration.

7. Handle customer complaints, troubleshooting, and replacements.

8. Follow up with customers according to SOP and duration.

9. Attend to all inquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls and other channels.

10. Appointment arrangement and stock take.

11. Perform eye tests and glasses coordination training by unit.

12. Corporate eye test drive.

13. Marketing video coordination.

14. Submit a monthly report for KPI and metrics on numeric transaction achievements.

15. Goals and targets brainstorming analysis.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM5,500.00 per month
