  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Requirements

We’re expanding our team, and we’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Site Manager to manage the awarded project from beginning to end. The role involves liaising with contractors, monitoring progress, attending meetings, and advising on project time frames. If you have experience in Site Project Management and Interior Designing, this role may be for you!

What you need to succeed in this role?

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher Graduate Diploma, Architecture, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in Construction, Site, Interiors & Fit-Out/Renovation Industry or a related field is required for this position.
  • Languages required: English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Candidate must have initiative, responsibility, strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Willing to outstation.
  • Flexible with work hours and project timelines to meet deadlines (may include working outside normal office hours).
  • Good knowledge in Interior Design & Fit-Out construction workflow & site management.
  • Knowledge in study drawings such as 2D & 3D perspective, layout plans, and detailed drawings.
  • Excellent time management and handling several sub-trades at one time.
  • Strong self-motivation and commitment are needed.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee overall project activities and take the lead on project implementation. Develop a detailed project execution plan to monitor and track project site performance and oversee site work progress to ensure successful completion.
  • Liaise and coordinate with clients, contractors, sub-contractors, carpenters, suppliers, and relevant authorities to ensure proper execution and quality plan.
  • Plan and execute manpower, materials, equipment, and resources required for the project.
  • Manage and monitor supplier arrangements. Ensure items are procured by in-house staff or sub-contractors and delivered to site on time.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments and work as a team.
  • Prepare and issue daily, weekly, and monthly reports and updates with the designer and management.
  • Track all project stages and measurements if necessary.
  • Monitor all related meetings as required.
  • Responsible for preparing project documents and documentation.
  • Monitoring safety & regulations on-site.
  • Problem-solving on-site and ad-hoc issues: must be able to arrange and coordinate meetings with all relevant parties to finalize solutions.
  • Handle & manage defect works.
  • Ensure the project is completed properly without issues & within the timeline.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
