  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

Streamline and Automate Internal Workflows
  • Improve internal workflows through process automation.
  • Develop scheduled maintenance arrangements for SPX vehicles to maintain optimal vehicle health and operational efficiency.

Cost Optimization
  • Conduct cost projections for Fleet Maintenance, including maintenance costs, insurance, and related expenses.
  • Implement improvement plans to reduce monthly maintenance costs through optimized processes and strategic initiatives.

Tender Management
  • Coordinate and manage ad hoc tender projects to enhance cost-effectiveness and service quality in fleet operations.
Requirements:
  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
  • Prior engagement in process improvements and operations planning would be an added advantage.
  • Portray the ability to manage complex issues, solutions oriented and able to work in a dynamic environment across cross-functional teams.
  • Able to proactively provide feedback and updates to relevant stakeholders is required.
  • Able to work independently in a dynamic and diverse environment.
